Each of these limited-edition tote bags—a one-of-a-kind piece of Carnegie Hall history—was uniquely cut from artwork created to cover the Hall’s façade during its current renovation. Based on 19th-century architectural draftsman techniques that used hand-drawing and water-coloring to evoke a building’s textures and colors, this digital rendering of the Hall’s exterior was printed at more than 700% of its original size to fit the scaffolding, bridging the past and future of the Hall's distinctive beauty.
